Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery only if:
- The item is damaged or defective
- You received the wrong product
- The item is unused and in original packaging
To request a return, please contact us with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos/video of the item
- Reason for return
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Used products
- Items damaged by misuse
- Sale or clearance items
- Orders with incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
Refunds
Refunds are approved only after inspection of the returned item.
Once approved:
- Refunds are sent to the original payment method
- Processing time may take 5–10 business days
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours after placing the order. After processing or shipping, cancellation is not possible.
Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- If the product is damaged or incorrect, we will cover the shipping charges
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account first. Then contact your payment provider, as processing times may vary.
